Everything old is new again

I've been watching lots of old tv and films recently. Some are shows that remind me of being a child or that capture something from before I was born; fashions, vernacular, a long banished sense of humour. They are time capsules, a snapshot of the past.

My friends laugh at me and think I'm obsessed with the past. The thing is, I am fascinated by it but certainly don't romanticise it. I don't want to live in the fifties (I like central heating and indoor toilets too much) but I want to know what it was like. 

A hypnotist must be interested in time, it's central to what we do. We are always helping people to re-asses events from our past and design bright futures. There is no past or future without the present and thats where the real understanding takes place.m

By all means, look to your own past, tell stories and share moments. You only need to worry when you spend more time back there than you do in the here and now.
