How does it work?

An hypnotic trance is a relaxed state in which the therapist communicates directly with the unconscious mind, bypassing the bit of you that can be resistant to change. We all go in and out of trance every day watching tv, day dreaming at work or when someone is telling a really boring story. We retreat in to our own thoughts. Trance is the state in which learning occurs.
